The dielectric properties of pure PVC and filled composites were performed to examine characterize the structure polymer composites. At room temperature values relative permittivity, loss factor, ac conductivities calculated as a function frequency it was found that incorporation both micro nano PbO CuO with various wt% matrix resulted in enhanced properties. electrical response micro- or nanocomposites show their conductivity behavior. So principal character polymers is insulating because very low concentration free charge carriers, (also called nanodielectrics) appear be dielectrics other words, materials will polarized by applying an external electric field. Nano are closely associated development cutting-edge electronic optoelectronic devices. nanoscale has been reached on dimensional scale usefulness polymer/inorganic molecule varies greatly, potential applications well different types nanocomposites.
